Cassandra Harris serves as the Program Director at Arkview Center, where she directly oversees the clinical program and support professionals. In this capacity, she passionately advocates for residents and represents the organization’s mission within the community. With over eight years of experience in social services, Cassandra has spent six years in progressively responsible leadership positions within inpatient drug and alcohol programs.
Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in the Science of Psychology and an MBA, Cassandra has strategically enhanced her leadership qualities. Her commitment to guiding individuals on their journey to recovery and rehabilitation is not only a testament to her professional dedication but also resonates as a personal passion. Cassandra’s unique blend of extensive experience, leadership prowess, and academic knowledge positions her as a dynamic force in the realm of inpatient addiction treatment.



Kyle is Lead Therapist at Arkview Center. He holds a Master of Social Work degree from Temple University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He has years of experience working directly with individuals who suffer from addiction and mental health disorders. Being in long term recovery himself, Kyle is very passionate about the recovery process. He is heavily involved in the local recovery community in which he enjoys his commitments to service and giving back. His specialty is in group therapy and developing clinical staff. Kyle brings to Arkview a holistic approach to recovery, specializing in mindfulness, reality therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Zach Whipperman is the Director of Community Outreach at Arkview Center. Zach Whipperman has a passion for helping those suffering from the disease of addiction. As a person in long term recovery himself, he knows first-hand the struggles that come with addiction, but also how rewarding recovery can be. Zach uses both his personal experience and skills gained from his professional experience working in the addiction treatment field to help others. Zach resides with his family in south central Pennsylvania and believes there is nothing better than being able to give back directly to the community in which he lives.
